I got a service there. Had oil change and lube no tire rotation for $104.00At marine Chevrolet in North Carolina I got the same service for $85.00. Plus the dealership didn’t ask me for myChevrolet rewards so I didn’t get my points. They are sub par.

Scheduled an appointment to drop off my Buick because the check engine light was on, first available appointment was about a week out. Brought the vehicle in at 9:30 AM for my scheduled appointment, the check engine light was still on. I turned the vehicle off to walk into the service department when the service clerk went to check my vehicle. The light was off, I wasted was told I shouldn't have to turn my vehicle off, but no one told me that before hand.. I had a scheduled appointment that I waited a week for at 9:30 AM. Didn't get a call till 7:30 AM. The next day that my vehicle is ready to be picked up. To me that means that the vehicle is done the day before, but nobody called me. I was already on my way out of town for almost a week so I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle for almost a week. Then sat there in the waiting room while people were talking employees kept telling me to please wait to please wait. had to wait, which felt like five minutes just to get my keys. They were not helping another customer. It was employees there working on something. I was not very happy with the experience. Ended up taking my other vehicle to a different place to get Service done because I was so disappointed with the way I was treated.

I dropped my car off for 7000 mile maintenance, plus to get a couple things checked out, including the window seal, which air seems to come through while driving. I didn't get an update on Friday, drop off day, then on Monday was told it was ready. On Tuesday when I picked up there was no resolution to the window seal or an estimated time frame. The car was not washed, and not updated. Not to mention all settings gs seemed to be reset.

Took my truck in for an oil change and ended up adding a 30,000 mi service. The team was very accommodating, friendly and courteous. Funny thing is they couldn’t find my appointment because I had missed it the day before. When we realized what happened they stated they would still be able to service my needs. That was awesome. I was very happy that I was able to take my car in for service on the same day that I called in. I was very concerned about my tires, as my dash warning light was on indicating that the pressure was low. I was surprised when told that even if they couldn't fit me on for a regular appointment for my oil change and vehicle check-up, that I was welcome to come in to get air in my tires.

I do wish the finance department was as efficient. Completion of their portion was not as efficient as it was with the sales team.

Kyle, made the process simple. He stayed late to get this deal done. I left my truck there so they can clean it and polished it . I have high expectations when I was gonna pick my truck up the following day. Kyle made sure my truck was perfect. He walked me through downloading app to showing me every single feature in my new truck. I never felt pressure or rushed. I have a very perfectionist wife, that inspected that truck inside and out. Kyle made it happen. To meet my wife’s high standards ( let me tell you it’s a tall tall task) Kyle never buckle and meet every expectation. Floor manager was also a good vibe . I will definitely be back and recommend Thompson great vibe .
